By submitting a reservation request through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1) Reservations
All experiences are arranged individually and subject to availability.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a booking. Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been completed.
2) Payment
After reviewing your reservation request, we will send a confirmation email together with payment instructions.
Full payment is required to finalize your booking.
3) Cancellations & Refunds
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled experience.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience are non-refundable.
4) Weather & Travel Disruptions
As Ishigaki Island is located in a subtropical region, severe weather events such as typhoons may occasionally affect travel.
If airline cancellations or other major travel disruptions prevent guests from reaching the island, cancellations may be accepted without penalty and full refunds may be issued.
Supporting documentation from the airline or transportation provider may be requested when necessary.
5) Changes & Conditions
Experiences may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform guests as early as possible regarding any significant changes.
6) Participation
Guests are responsible for informing us in advance of any health conditions, mobility concerns, allergies, dietary restrictions, or other relevant information that may affect the experience.
7) Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and meaningful experience, participation is at your own risk.
Yaeyama Insight is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, transportation disruptions, weather-related issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
